"I’ve never had any issues over the 2+ years I had been with State Farm. My agent had retired so the company put me with this agent. After a month, I requested to switch agents. The worst agent/team I’ve ever dealt with. I had to repeatedly call/follow up over a month because of repeated mistakes on my policy that I had laid out clearly for them every single time I spoke with them. They don’t listen or pay attention to detail. There’s no reason I should have received 4-5+ declarations pages that were incorrect. The last time I personally asked to speak to Dusty to have her fix the issue and even she cut me off while I was explaining my frustration about this all, and proceeded to again, send me another dec page with missing information which almost had my landlord charge me for insurance due to the dec page having missing information. 100% would NOT recommend."
